Steven Rossi

As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Steven Rossi leads AQ Studios’ strategic growth initiatives, helping connect the firm’s design expertise with clients, partners, and communities throughout the Gulf South and beyond. Steven brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development for professional service organizations. His career has spanned architecture, construction, legal services, and corporate branding, giving him a unique perspective on how organizations build trust, tell their stories, and create lasting relationships.

Steven began his marketing career with The Walt Disney Company, where he supported national advertising and branding campaigns for Disney Channel – an experience that sparked a lifelong interest in storytelling and strategic communications. He is a member of the Membership Committee of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Louisiana Chapter and has held numerous leadership positions within professional marketing organizations throughout his career. He has also presented on the topic of professional services business development to international audiences multiple times. Steven believes that strong relationships and compelling storytelling are essential to building successful organizations and lasting client partnerships. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Texas Christian University, graduating magna cum laude. Steven lives in New Orleans with his wife, children, and dog Magic.
