Azadeh Raoufi, Associate AIA, LEED GA

Azadeh grew up in Iran, where she earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and achieved her professional license in architecture. She later moved to the United States and earned a Master’s degree in Architectural Research and Design from Tulane University. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has also published research papers addressing ongoing environmental and social challenges in academic journals and conference proceedings.

Before moving to the United States, Azadeh practiced as a project architect in Iran for a decade, working on diverse projects across several cities. Since joining AQ Studios in 2022, she has contributed to a variety of projects in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and teamwork. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and applying her experience to projects that enhance people’s quality of life.

Outside the office, Azadeh enjoys drawing, writing, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to meet new people and experience different cultures.
