Giulia Irwin, NCARB, IIDA, NCIDQ

Giulia was born and raised in Metairie, LA. She received her B.S. In Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2016 and her Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota in 2019. While in school, she gained five years’ experience in facilities management followed by three years of commercial architecture and interior design before joining the AQ Healthcare Studio in 2022.

Giulia’s interest in the built environment can be traced back to childhood summers learning how to build forts and toys out of spare lumber, tree branches, and rope from her grandfather, who was a skilled carpenter and tailor by trade that believed anything broken or scrapped could be repaired or reused with a little creativity and effort.

Outside of the office, Giulia enjoys spending time with her seven nieces and nephews, her two dogs, and her book club that she started with a couple of her AQ coworkers-turned-friends. LA Reg. ID #1547
