Kait Narby, NCIDQ, CSI

Kait is AQ Studios’ Interior Designer. She works directly with the project team to interpret the client’s goals for the interior spaces through materials and space planning. Her design objective is fluid communication and collaboration between designers and clients to make for the best possible design and project experience. Some notable projects include: Lafayette Convention and Visitor Commission Downtown, Southside High School, and Hospice of Acadiana’s Calcutta House. Her experience ranges from educational facilities to renovations and a bit of everything in between. 

Kait became an AQ Studios team member in the Fall of 2015. She is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana and an Alumna of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During her educational career, she spent six weeks studying design in Italy while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Kait is currently a board member for Designing Women of Acadiana and an active mentor for the UL’s Interior Design Program. 

During the fall, you can usually find Kait cheering on the Ragin Cajuns Football team. Kait spends her free time digging for treasures at thrift stores or looking for experiences in Lafayette. She is an avid traveler and usually takes the opportunity to see a new place every year to relax and recharge. Kait is also captain of the AQ beach volleyball team!
