McNeese State University Student Union

Located along McNeese’s primary campus quad, the new Student Union is envisioned as the central hub of student life and daily campus activity. The building is positioned to open directly onto the quad, reinforcing it as a primary gathering space and strengthening its role as the social and organizational heart of campus.

At approximately 52,000 square feet, the Student Union consolidates key student-focused functions under one roof, including the campus dining venue, a multi-use ballroom, flexible student lounge and study spaces, meeting rooms, and Student Government Association offices. The building is designed to support a wide range of uses—from large campus events to informal daily interaction.
