925 Common Apartments

As we often find ourselves in New Orleans, this project was working with a building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 925 Common Street Apartments building was originally a 14-story high-rise office building located in the Lower Central Business District. The new plan was to renovate the parking garage and the first three floors with retail for the ground floor. The plan also included 108 residential units with modern finishes and amenities, including a gym and meeting room. A supervised sprinkler system and fire alarm with remote monitoring were also added throughout the building to bring the building up to code. Our team worked very closely with the National Park Services (NPS) to ensure the parking garage standards and qualifications were met.
