The Esplanade at City Park

This project was more complex than some renovations, as the building was occupied during the project. Our team planned a full interior renovation and exterior improvements to The Esplanade at City Park Apartments, located in a historic district overlooking Bayou St. John in New Orleans, LA.
The addition of an exterior cladding system at select locations and exterior paint created a new rhythm to the façade. This added a much-needed dimension to an otherwise flat brick exterior. A new storefront was also added to highlight the apartments’ entrance. Throughout each phase of the renovation, our team coordinated to allow the progress of the renovation while the building was still occupied.
