The Ochsner Center for Primary Care and Wellness project involves renovating portions of an existing warehouse to contain 70,000 SF of new internal medicine clinics, a radiology clinic, and a new laboratory clinic to include ninety-six exam rooms and thirty-six physician rooms. Exterior improvements involve the building skin and window upgrades, a new pedestrian bridge across Jefferson Highway connecting the warehouse to the main hospital along with site and civil upgrades.
