Our team planned the new construction of a condominium building at 1029 Esplanade Avenue, all in place of an existing parking lot. The new space consists of 22 individually owned condominiums with on-site parking. This is just one of the many residential projects our team has designed within the historic Faubourg Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans.
