Emeril’s

After 30 years of serving nationally recognized cuisine, the Emeril’s Team needed a modern, refreshed look for its flagship, upscale restaurant in the New Orleans CBD.  The tasteful renovations ultimately facilitated a redefined, more personal dining experience by blending the dining and kitchen spaces through enhanced views, exclusive seating, and opulent materials.  The original wavey-woven wood ceilings are stained to a darker hue, and a variety of new and interesting materials and equipment are integrated throughout, creating an intimate and modern effect in seating areas while contrasting with the vibrant, chic wine bar and bright, immaculate open kitchen.

With a reduction to only 12 carefully placed tables, and the implementation of bespoke, deep-set undulous banquettes, the seating configuration offers options for any discerning diner to find the sweet spot for a perfect experience.
