True to this historic district’s name, this Warehouse District project started with the renovation of just that – a warehouse. The 711 Tchoupitoulas Condominiums project took an existing warehouse and turned it into a beautiful 12-unit condo. The interior renovation was extensive, spanning all three floors of the building. Exterior improvements included restoration of the exterior façade, and the addition of balconies and a roof-top penthouse. The renovated first floor provides tenant space as well as parking for the residents.
