Rooted in New Orleans, 34 Restaurant & Bar is a celebration of Portuguese culinary traditions, and our unique design sets the table for Chefs Emeril Lagasse III and IV to proudly hone their craft and share it with their guests in a truly special and memorable way. Upon entering, guests are funnelled through a one-of-a-kind wooden cocoon before navigating a winding, ramped tunnel to finally arrive at the big reveal…

At the heart of the restaurant is the glowing, backlit quartzite jamon bar, where guests can witness the artistry of cured meats being prepared and served, all framed by the backdrop of a dramatic live-fire grill that fills the whole restaurant with warmth and enticing aromas. Transparent glass blurs the line between kitchen and dining, creating a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates cooking and enhances the experience of guest and chef alike. The atmosphere balances dark, moody elegance with bright, modern sophistication, incorporating natural wood, dark painted wall paneling, brass accents, and curated artwork with rich colors inspired by Portugal’s landscape. Acoustic-engineered, microperforated and linear slat wood ceilings are seamlessly incorporated throughout the dining areas, offering both aesthetic beauty and practical sound control. The space is designed with a variety of seating arrangements, each offering a distinct dining experience. A bespoke speakeasy is something you will just have to see to believe!

Every design element, from the state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and cookline, to the handcrafted mosaic tile banquette seating, is carefully coordinated to create the perfect setting to savor both the familiar and the extraordinary.
